HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS?

These should help:

How long do the salads stay fresh?

Salad and Lunch Jars will stay fresh for at least 3-4 days after delivery. Ensure you keep your salads refrigerated below 4 degrees celcius.

Are your foods frozen?

Absolutely not! We only prepare, cook and deliver fresh, seasonal produce.

What time is order cut off?

Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 11:00am. Orders placed after 11:00am will bed delivered the following day (or the day that you request)

What day & time will my order be delivered?

We deliver on TuesdayWednesdayThrursday.

 

Orders placed before 11:00am will be delivered the following day.

 

-Place your order by 11.00am Monday for Tuesday delivery between 9.00am - 12.00pm

-Place your order by 11.00am Tuesday for Wednesday delivery between 9.00am - 12.00pm

-Place your order by 11.00am Wednesday for Thursday delivery between 9.00am - 12.00pm

 

Please ensure reception is aware of delivery.

Do I have to wash the jars?

A quick rinse with water would be great. Our delivery staff will collect your empty jars on your next delivery which will be washed and sanitised for re-use.

 

Not making another order? That's fine, let us know and we will come and pick up your empties at a time that suits you!

*Please note that the lids cannot be put in the dishwasher.

Do you have a minimum spend for order delivery?

Yes. We have a minimum spend of $40.00 per order for free delivery.

What if I miss my delivery?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you miss your delivery. All orders are non refundable. You may be charged an additional delivery fee for rescheduled deliveries.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club card online payments when placing web orders. We also accept Cash on Delivery.

Can I open up an account for my business?

Yes, of course. Please contact us via email for more information on how to set up a corporate account for your business.
