Want even more from your Green Smoothie. Feel free to add extra ingredients like flaxseed oil, nut butters, chia seeds, matcha powder, goji berries, acai powder or coconut oil.
Short on time?
Prep up your Green Smoothies in advance to save time. Once you have purchased all your ingredients, spend some time over the weekend measuring out, cutting and chopping your ingredients and placing them in zip lock bags or jars in the freezer. Before blending, thaw for a few minutes on the counter or pop in the fridge the day before.
