As soon as that sun started shinning through our windows, we couldn’t resist the urge to create a yummy & healthy frozen treat. Luckily for us we already had all the ingredients in our fridge, so we whipped up these yogurt fruit pops in no time.
These yummy pops are seriously easy to put together and you most likely have all the ingredients ready to make them right now!
1 cup mixed fruit of your choice. We used orange, kiwi fruit, strawberries and blueberries.
2 cups natural greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup granola
Gently fold fruit, yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl.
Separate your yogurt fruit mix into popsicle moulds. Ensure to leave about 2 cm below fill level.
Add granola to the top of each mould and drizzle with remained of honey.
Place our popsicles into the freezer and leave overnight or until frozen. Once ready run the moulds under warm water to demoed and enjoy immediately!
